Hello, I’m Elsy

My love for baking started when I was just 14 years old, long before I knew it would become such an important part of my life. What began as a passion eventually led me to study both culinary arts and pastry school, continue developing my craft through professional experience, and even have the opportunity to learn in a French bakery.

Over the years, baking has become so much more than creating something beautiful or delicious. For me, it’s about being part of the moments people will remember: birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, celebrations, and all the little milestones in between.

That’s what inspired Holy Cakes.

Every cake and pastry I create is made with intention, from thoughtfully chosen flavors and fillings to the final details that make each piece feel personal to you. My goal is to combine the technique and quality I’ve developed throughout my career with creativity, warmth, and a genuine love for what I do.

Whether I’m creating a custom wedding cake, a special celebration cake, or one of my handcrafted pastries, I want every order to feel like it was made specifically for your moment.
