Seventy-two hours from first fold to first bite. We laminate the dough ourselves, proof it slow, and bake every order fresh, then finish each one by hand with cream, fruit, or chocolate.

Butter Croissant
The plain one. Shatters on the outside, honeycomb within.
Pain au Chocolat
Our chocolate croissant: flaky, buttery layers rolled around dark chocolate.
Pistachio Escargot
Rolled in a spiral with pistachio cream and chocolate chips, glazed and scattered with crushed pistachio.
Chocolate Crémeux Croissant
Piped full of silky chocolate crémeux, drizzled to finish.
Strawberry Croissant
Filled with strawberry ganache, our holy filling, then topped with vanilla cream, fresh strawberry, and a dust of sugar.
Raspberry Croissant
Filled with raspberry ganache, our holy filling, with vanilla cream piped along the seam and fresh raspberries on top.
